While it doesn't get talked about nearly as much as the team competition, the individuals at Nike Cross Nationals this past weekend ran great.  Five individuals from each of the nine regions took part in the Portland race, but no where in the official results were broken down team scores for the individual competition.  So, scoring all the individual runners (aka runners not on a team) based on their regions (#1-45), here's the breakdown.
